Booking Requirements
1.1 It is the responsibility of the client:
- To ensure the entertainer is safely situated when performing, and to provide free access to the location.
- This includes providing adequate shelter from the weather during outdoor events. Shelters must be adequately secured, and be safe.
- Should we attend an event where adequate cover is NOT provided or deemed insufficient/or to the detriment to both the artists attending/customers, we reserve the right to leave and full payment will still be applicable.
- This includes providing the correct address and contact details for you as the organiser or the designated contact on the day.
- The entertainer is not responsible for any children, a suitable adult must be present and this is the organisers responsibility.
- It is the responsibility of the organiser to ensure that the permission of parents/guardians is obtained prior to children being served.
- To ensure payment is completed upon arrival unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- To provide an accurate number of guests prior to the event, so the artist can ensure adequate preparation. In the event of more guests being catered for their may be a surcharge for additional time or materials.
- The organiser is responsible for crowd control or to deal with any aggressive customers or clients.
- The artists decision is final regards who can be served, we follow strict hygiene and safety policies. Please see our resources for details.
1.11 The artists should be treated with respect at all times, if this proves not to be the case, they will advise the organiser or designated person, and the artists reserve the right to leave and full payment will still be applicable.
1.12 We have public liability insurance of 10 million. A copy of the policy may be seen upon request.
Use of website
1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
1.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
Website uptime
1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.
Visitor provided material
1.6 Any material that a visitor to this website sends or posts to this website shall be considered non-proprietary and non confidential. We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy.
1.7 When using this website you shall not post or send to or from this website any material:
(a) for which you have not obtained all necessary consents;
(b) that is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the law in the United Kingdom;
(c) which is harmful in nature including, and without limitation, computer viruses, Trojan horses, corrupted data, or other potentially harmful software or data.
1.8 We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requiring us to disclose the identity or other details of any person posting material to this website in breach of Paragraph 1.7.

Reasonable care and skill, Within a reasonable time, At a reasonable price.Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, Cancelled bookings within 4 weeks prior to the event date will attract a fee of:
- £25 will be due if giving 4 or more weeks notice
- 100% of the quoted fee will be due if not giving 4 week’s notice
- One Free re-booking in the event of emergency cancellation (within 48hrs Notice)
1.17 Special Rules
- We can only attend events if it is legal to do so
- In the event your event can’t go ahead we will allow you to reschedule, subject to availability within a three month period.
